Meet our Staff

Our Teaching Philosophy

We believe the true strength of our program comes from the passion and dedication of our professional teaching staff. All of our lead classroom teachers have degrees in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Study, and/or Social Work. All CCDC staff have experience in the field as early childhood educators and are certified in First Aid, CPR, and medication administration.

Our diverse staff come with their own unique gifts to create a caring, nurturing and fun atmosphere that fosters each child’s creativity and positive self-image. CCDC supports our teachers with continued learning, training, and professional development opportunities. We take immense pride in the enduring commitment of our teachers, many of whom have chosen to call our center home for not just years, but in many remarkable cases, for decades.

Everyone at CCDC believes in teamwork and collaboration with families to build a strong community. As the African Proverb states, “It takes a village to raise a child,” and we strive to raise and educate happy, healthy, and loving children.
